If you consider that the medium life span of an oven is 20 years, even if our oven can cost € 2000-3000 more than some other of the competition, this extra cost is spread in many years, for something like € 10 per month.
Moreover, if our ovens are properly assembled and insulated, this allows a saving of 1-2 Kg of wood per hour, if you calculate this saving for the whole life span of the oven it is a huge saving in the years.

If you multiply that for 8 h per day, you get to 12 Kg of wood saved per day. 12 Kg x about 300 days in the year, brings you to about 3600 Kg in a year. The medium wood cost is about € 12 each 100 Kg, that means a potential saving of € 8640,00 with an original Valoriani oven compared to other brand. As you can see the small price difference even just with this is more than re-paid.

Another practical advantage is that the pizza maker will have a better working quality and production efficiency, as the oven does not have thermal differences as for other companies.
Of course these benefits are true also for the gas version, as by using the best gas burner in the market, the same gas saving and better efficiency is true.
